ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC has a portfolio of 194MW of operating assets split between 130MW solar PV plants in Egypt, 61MW wind farms, and 3MW small hydroelectric power plants in Greece. Our organization houses a suite of legal, technical, commercial, and project management resources and allows for the development and operation of utility-scale IPP projects.

We have advanced development projects across North and Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as Southern and Eastern Europe. As mandated by Elsewedy Electric, Elsewedy Electric is set to invest USD 400 million over the next 5 years in opportunities in late-stage development or early-stage operations.

ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC is currently working on a 1.5GW pipeline.

Development Expertise: Sourcing, Evaluation, Funding, Legal, and Commercial             

Technical Expertise: Engineering, procurement, technical studies, feasibility studies, and energy assessment       

PM Capabilities: Strategic Alignment, Establishing Lines of Communication with Key Stakeholders, Timeline, and Portfolio Management             

Asset Management: Technical, Administrative, Financial, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Collection & Legal                 

Investment and Asset Management Team: Overseeing our assets in Benban and Greece, our dedicated asset management team not only manages day-to-day administrative duties but also provides periodic upgrades and operational refinement of ElSewedy Electric’s portfolio (costs, risks, and performance attributes). Moreover, they are responsible for the financial and commercial asset management of portfolios, including third-party providers (O&M, insurance, etc.) supervision to ensure long-term performance, efficiency, and profitability.
